FAQ
Before you start
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with your mobile number and the free trial of every service starts at once.
What happens when the trial ends?
You activate the children you want from the cart inside the app and pay by bank transfer. Your data stays as it is.
Do families pay nursery fees through the app?
No. The nursery puts its own bank details and payment link on the invoice, and the money goes straight to the nursery, never through Jarasna Junior.
Can I bring my current children’s data?
Yes. Download the Excel template from the app, fill it in, and review the import before approving it. Children’s photos can go in the file too.
I have more than one branch. Does it fit?
Yes. Each branch has its own settings, rooms and team, and management sees “All branches” on one screen.
Who sees children’s photos and health data?
Everyone sees only what their work needs: a teacher her room, a family their child. Photos are private behind short-lived links, and a family’s photo consent is respected.
Does it work in English too?
Yes. Every user picks their language, with Arabic as the default.
