Before you start

Do parents pay Jarasna Junior?

No. The nursery subscribes to Jarasna Junior, and families use the app with no fee to Jarasna Junior.

Who sees my child’s photos?

Their family, and the staff working in their group. Photos are private behind short-lived links, and no photo of a child is posted without the family’s consent.

I have more than one child at the nursery. Do I need two accounts?

No. One account holds your children, you switch between them in the app, and their bill is one.

  • Attendance and safe pickup

    Every child checked in with one tap, absences visible at once, and every child handed only to someone allowed to collect them, with who handed over, who collected and when on the record.

  • Fees and invoices

    Every child has a subscription for their own term, every cycle its invoice drafted for you, and invoices are issued in one batch. Families pay for all their children in one amount, and the nursery knows who paid and who is late.

  • Nursery website

    Pick a template and your nursery’s details fill its pages for you: programs, branches, opening hours and team. Edit anything right on the page, publish, and every enrolment request from the site lands in the app.
